Aviva Singapore and Singlife are coming together to create a leading financial services company in Singapore.

This transaction brings together the best of Singlife's digital innovation and the solidity of Aviva Singapore's comprehensive solutions and quality advice.

We are pleased to announce that from 1 January 2022, Aviva Singapore and Singlife will be one entity. On 9 November 2021, Singapore’s High Court approved the Scheme of Transfer to merge the two businesses. The combined company will have a new name, Singapore Life Ltd.

There will be no change to our on-going relations and arrangements with all customers and partners.
